She also was a competing member of DePaul University College of Law’s Appellate Moot Court Society, where she also served as secretary.

Brittany represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, regarding wage and hour claims asserted by employees.

Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Brittany worked at a boutique employment law firm in Walnut Creek, California, where she counseled both employees and employers on a variety of employment-related matters. She represented both employers and employees in state courts and before administrative agencies, including the Employment Development Department, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Equal Opportunity Commission. She also handled CalPERS disability matters and represented those wrongfully denied CalPERS disability benefits before the Office of Administrative Hearings. Read Less
