Her practice includes representing employers facing litigation before administrative agencies, as well in state or federal court, brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and analogous state laws.
For the majority of Molly’s legal career, she was part of the in-house legal team for the largest public power organization in the United States, focusing primarily on labor, employment, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Molly also worked at a litigation firm representing clients in the healthcare industry.
Molly earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as President of the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Children’s Law Project and Staff Member on the International Law Journal, and received the Public Service Student Leadership Award and Archibald R. Murry Public Service Award. During her time in law school, she worked in the school’s Community Economic Development Clinic advising not-for-profit corporations on a variety of transactional matters, and interned at The Legal Aid Society, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and New York City Department of Probation.
