Kelly A. Parikh, Associate at Troester Sharpe, focuses her practice on advising and counseling employers in all aspects of employment law. She counsels managers and HR professionals with respect to best practices pertaining to hiring, progressive discipline, terminations, respectful workplaces, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation policies, disability accommodations, wage and hour issues, and state and local law compliance. Additionally, Kelly reviews and revises handbooks, employment manuals, and polices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Kelly practiced education law where she prosecuted student discipline hearings. She also has experience as a law clerk in a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm.
