Jennifer has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation and guides her clients through each step with sensitivity to the unique needs and objectives of each case. She also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, like investigating workplace complaints, employee discipline, medical and disability leave, termination protocol, and disability accommodations.

Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Jennifer worked at large and boutique law firms, focusing primarily on employment and commercial litigation.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where she served as Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review. During her time in law school, she interned at the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing and Opportunity Council and with the General Counsel for the St. Louis Zoo. Read Less
